When I practice Tai Chi, I like to listen to music. Asian music puts me in a relaxed state that is perfect for Tai Chi, Yoga, or standing or seated meditation. Tai Chi music can put you in the mood to enhance your martial arts training. It is rare if I don't use Tai Chi music when practicing both my Yang and Chen Tai Chi forms. Tai Chi music has become a daily staple of mine.
